ID Cards
On 6/10/26, an issue with the CSGold sync caused corruption of all digital IDs. This has been resolved. To restore access, users will need to remove their digital ID from their Apple or Google wallet and then re-add it through the Get Mobile app. This process will need to be completed on both phones and watches. The following video provides step-by-step instructions to address this issue.
Remove and Re-Add Digital ID Video
The Baylor Digital ID Card is the primary identifier for students, faculty, staff and auxiliary members of the Baylor community. The Baylor Digital ID lives in the Wallet app on your iPhone, Apple Watch or Android device. Once you upload a photo, your government ID, and activate your Digital ID, you can simply tap your phone at readers across campus to access your residence hall room and other campus buildings, visit the Student Life Center, check out library materials, enjoy Baylor’s dining facilities, and more!
To set up your Apple or Android device for your Baylor Digital ID, upload your photo at idphoto.baylor.edu and choose one of the following options:
Baylor ID Card
A few students, faculty, or staff members, or auxiliary staff are required to have a physical Baylor ID Card to identify themselves and to access campus facilities and resources. Please visit the ID Card office in the Speight Garage, Room 190, to obtain a physical Baylor ID Card as authorized.
You must have a government issued ID and your Baylor ID Number to obtain a physical ID Card. Your Baylor ID Number is a unique identifier that is only used on Baylor's information systems. Additional information (such as a PIN) must be provided along with this number to gain access to protected data.
Baylor ID Number
The Baylor Digital ID and your Baylor ID Card encode your Baylor ID Number, a 9-digit number used for internal identification purposes. Your Baylor ID Number is printed on the Baylor ID Card, is available by clicking "info" on your Baylor Digital ID, or by clicking the button below and providing the requested information.
Security
Baylor’s ID Card system was developed with the purpose of providing you with an account and access security you need on campus. Each cardholder must help maintain the integrity of the system by immediately reporting lost cards and notifying the campus police or Parking Services if they witness the propping of doors, abuse of card readers, or unauthorized use of a person's Baylor ID.
ID Card Loss or Damage
Lost or Stolen ID Cards - both digital and physical - should be deactivated immediately. Visit idcard.baylor.edu, login with your Bear ID, password, and Duo two-factor authentication. Select Report Lost Card once you are logged into the ID Card system. You may also call Parking Services during business hours at 254.710.MYID (6943) to report a lost or stolen ID Card.
If your physical ID Card is damaged or does not perform needed functions as expected, it should be taken to Parking Services located in the Speight Parking Garage.
Replacement physical ID Cards are issued from the Parking Services office. There is a $20 fee to replace a lost or damaged card. The fee is applied to the student's Baylor account.
