Apple iPhone
Baylor is bringing the exciting experience of adding your Baylor ID Card to Apple Wallet on the iPhone and Apple Watch. With this feature, students, faculty, and staff will be able to use an iPhone or Apple Watch to access buildings and make payments anywhere your Baylor ID Card can be used. Simply tap your iPhone or Apple Watch at the same reader where you use your Baylor ID Card. You don’t have to wake the device or open an app.
To get started, you will need an eligible device with a passcode (at minimum) enabled:
- An Apple ID signed into iCloud
- iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS
- Apple Watch Series 1, or later running the latest version of watchOS
To enhance the security of your Baylor Digital ID, your iPhone must be registered on Baylor’s Duo two-factor authentication platform. For further instructions, visit helpdeskplus.web.baylor.edu/duo
Now, do the following to activate your Baylor Digital ID
If you have not done so, upload a photo to idphoto.baylor.edu. If you do not upload a photo, your Baylor Digital ID card will not be able to be added to your Apple or Google wallet.

- Open GET Mobile and select Baylor University from the list of institutions
- Log in using your Bear ID, password, and Duo two-factor authentication
- Choose whether to "Enable Face ID" for your device (you can skip this step)
- Set a PIN for your Baylor Digital ID (you cannot skip this step)
- On the next screen, enter your phone number
- When the sample card appears, click the small "Add to Apple Wallet" icon. If you have more than one Apple device, your iPhone may be listed along with Apple Watch and other devices.
